Sellent is een sales consultancy bedrijf binnen de Bonanza group en Cronos groep (dé grootste Belgische ICT groep met meer dan 700 bedrijven).

Sellent zoekt ter versterking van het Sales team van de klant, Total Safety, een gedreven, enthousiaste Business Development Manager met ervaring in de (petro)chemische sector.

Total Safety is dé internationale marktleider op het gebied van geïntegreerde veiligheidsoplossingen die de veiligheid en het welzijn van alle medewerkers wereldwijd garanderen. In België werken ze vanuit Diepenbeek en Antwerpen. Functieomschrijving In deze uitdagende rol als Business Development Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het actief en zelfstandig opbouwen van je klantenportefeuille, met name met verschillende productcombinaties in bestaande en nieuwe markten.
  • Je bouwt jouw netwerk uit en legt commerciële contacten met prospecten en klanten op het hoogste niveau.
  • Jouw focus is de uitbouw van partnerships op lange termijn.
  • Je detecteert niet alleen de behoeften van prospecten en klanten, maar overtuigt hen ook van innovatieve ideeën op vlak van Veiligheid.
  • Je volgt de tendensen in deze sector nauwgezet op.
  • Door jouw resultaatgerichtheid en gedrevenheid schat je zeer goed in welke opportuniteiten de nodige return on investment opleveren.
  • Je hebt oog voor zowel quick wins als lange termijn successen.
Je rapporteert aan de Sales Manager en werkt nauw samen met je Total Safety collega’s op zowel service, technisch als operationeel gebied.

Door met dit multifunctioneel team samen te werken bij het analyseren van de diverse complexe veiligheidsvraagstukken bied je klanten ofwel de standaardoplossingen aan, dan wel meer tailormade oplossingen en borg je het gevoel, de drive en de passie voor veiligheid bij de klant.

Je bent in deze rol verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van je vooropgestelde targets conform het afgesproken Sales Plan en de Account Plannen. Binnen deze kaders spreek je zelfstandig de commerciële voorwaarden af met je klanten. Profiel Om deze rol bij Total Safety succesvol te kunnen vervullen zoeken we een enthousiaste kandidaat met volgend profiel:
  • Ervaring in de (petro)chemie met een passie voor ‘Veiligheid’
  • Opleiding op "Bachelor" niveau of gelijkwaardig middels aantoonbare ervaring
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in B2B Sales, bij voorkeur binnen een industriële omgeving
  • Ervaring met "concept"-verkoop en projectaanpak in de dienstverlenende sector
  • Ervaring in de sector van professionele beschermings- en veiligheidsmiddelen of in tooling, gereedschappen, industriële producten of kennis van wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van veiligheid is een grote troef
  • Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans
  • Gedegen kennis en ervaring met onderhandelen en sterk in relatiebeheer
  • Ervaring met SalesForce.com is een plus
