**About the Role**

You will be part of our IT organization and will work closely together with business stakeholders, other functional analysts, product owners and domain/enterprise architects. You will be responsible to transform vital business needs into (SAP) processes and drive innovation. Together with our external partner & the functional team you will assist in the SAP ECC migration towards S4HANA in the future.

**Key Responsibilities**
- You are responsible for documenting, analyzing, designing and optimization of the processes within your domain.
- You will provide support to the developers in implementing the solution
- You will perform testing and provide training mostly in collaboration with the business counterpart and ensure a qualitative handover to both the IT support organization and to the key users
- You support in defining the project planning, in providing estimates for the planning and work breakdown structure in assessing project changes (effort and impact)
- You are responsible for providing the project documentation
- You create the system and integration test cases, the test plan and ensure execution of the system and integration tests
- You support the business in creating and executing the user acceptance testing
- You provide 2nd line support in your areas of responsibility, also by coaching the first line support to a higher level
- You investigate problems in search for the root cause and the solution(s) within your areas of responsibility

**Your profile**
- You ideally have experience in SAP logistics transactions and customizing SAP.
- You have a good understanding of 1 or more business domains of logistics, service and warehousing, experience with sales is a plus.
- You are a strong communicator, with social skills to connect with key(users), project people, IT community and external consultants
- You can work independently, you are able to set priorities and demonstrate excellent organizing, planning and problem-solving skills
- You thrive in a multidisciplinary team of IT and business process experts, located in both Belgium (HQ) and India;
- If you have experience working in an agile IT environment, it is considered a plus.
- You are able to have the holistic view for the end to end process(es), further optimizations & automations in the process is something that makes you happy.
