**Customer Service gezocht met zeer goede kennis Duits voor distributeur van chemicaliën te Antwerpen**
**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Voor onze klant, een distributeur van chemicaliën te Antwerpen, is Hays op zoek naar een Customer Service met zeer goede kennis Duits. Als Customer Service ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontvangen en registreren van orders rechtstreeks van de klant of via onze verkoopafdeling en het organiseren van de leveringen van verpakte chemicaliën per baantransport binnen Europa. Je ontvangt orders, maakt de dossiers aan in het systeem, reserveert de nodige producten en registreert de kosten. Vervolgens plan je het transport in, communiceer je met de klant en transporteurs alsook de laadplaatsen omtrent het laden en lossen van de goederen. Je staat in voor het aanmaken van de bijhorende opdrachten en instructies en alsook de nodige transportdocumenten.
**Jouw profiel**
Idealiter heb je een eerste uitgebreide ervaring binnen logistiek en transport. Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, Engels en Duits. Een goede kennis van douanewetgeving en vervoer van chemicaliën is gewenst. Daarnaast zoekt onze klant iemand die zelfstandig kan werken, gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid heeft, leergierig is en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden bezit.

Na een opleidingsperiode is er ook 1dag home-office per week mogelijk. Het bedrijf is centraal gelegen en is goed te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer.
