**Administrator Insurance - 4 months**
Telenet is looking for an administrator insurance to support the team for 4 months. If there is damage to our Telenet installations (coax/fiber network/TV cabinets,...) or third parties, our department handles these claims.
**Your tasks as our administrator**
You are responsible for 1st line file handling. This ranges from formatting to handling claims to Telenet installations.
- Registering files
- Communication with different stakeholders
- Formatting invoicing
- Financial processing file
In addition, you will also be responsible for 2nd line file handling. Here the focus is on complex claims.
- Follow up on unpaid invoices
- Listing of collection files
- When invoice is disputed, make inquiries with relevant technical departments about the nature and causes of the incident with a view to taking a stand conform legal and contractual terms
- Communication with lawyer concerning legal files
- Deciding whether files may be subpoenaed
- Preparation of the fiber optic damage invoice and this according to the standards of the BVVO -CETS convention
As administrator you will also handle file on claims due to suppliers, utility companies and third parties regarding civil liability towards Telenet.
- You will review the claim and make sure that all the file details end up in the insurance database
- You provide confirmation of file processing to claimant or their contact
- You prepare a written report with point of view on whether or not Telenet intervenes in the claim
- You ensure declaration to the insurer in case of suspected excess of the deductible
- You liaise with claimant and/or their insurer
- You will take care of administrative compilation of the file and transfer to an attorney in case of subpoena or request for voluntary intervention
- You will take care of financial settlement of the file

**Our ideal administrator**
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Finance & Insurance or Legal Practices
- You pay attention to quality and work accurately
- You work hands-on
- You are flexible and know how to handle deadlines
- You are a team player
- You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and knowledge of French. English is a plus.
- You are available full time or 4/5ths for 4 months
