At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an Agile Project Manager to join our UniQue Brussels team

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers in the public sector and you will be responsible for developing new business by identifying profitable opportunities, maintaining your client portfolio by building strong, long-lasting relationships, and monitoring the progress of the projects, with the aim to provide excellent client service and added value services.

**What will you be bringing to the team?**
- Manage the implementation of information systems to meet identified business needs
- Define and analyse the business requirements
- Participate in functional working groups and progress meetings
- Perform a qualitative functional analysis and produce structured documentation (UML diagrams, Use Cases, Mock-ups, BPMN, etc.)
- Give proposals for project strategies, planning, definition of tasks and deliverables, review of project deliverables, quality control, risk analysis and management, status reports, problem reporting and management systems, follow up and organization
- Contribute to the planning by providing estimation of effort, timescale and resources required for the successful completion of the project
- Guide the team in charge of project activities and review their deliverables, ensuring the agile methodology in place is applied
- Aid the self-organisation of agile teams:

- improve sprint planning/estimation meetings
- translate from AWP objectives into PI objectives by the teams
- create more openness/transparency in teams and improve their alignment with/ownership of business
- teams becoming more autonomous by developing multi-functionality/T-profiles
- improve agility (by collaboration, processes, automation) in testing, release management and versioning (devops);
- Split between PO and scrum master and tech lead role
- Coach scrum masters to become internal Agile coaches of the team
- Adapt Jira and Wiki/Confluence, and implement valuable metrics for teams.
- Enhance the delegation and collaboration between teams.

**Requirements**:

- MSc degree and at least 12 years relevant experience
- Certified Agile coach with hands-on experience in coaching several teams to more agility, and having taken the role of scrum master in a development team for at least 2 years.
- At least 10 years of experience with MS project
- At least 7 years of experience with JIRA
- At least 7 years of experience with Confluence
- Good knowledge of CMS, Drupal, Kanban, Scrum of scrums, SAFE, functional analysis, project management.
- Good knowledge of project management standards and methodologies (Project Scheduling, Strategic, Planning, Financial Modelling, Budgeting, Forecasting, Performance Tracking).
- Good technical knowledge on the projects aspects.
- Practical knowledge of reporting methods.
- Experienced in business analysis and gathering user requirements.
- Experienced in writing qualitative functional analysis and produce structured documentation (UML diagrams, Use Cases, Mock-ups, etc.).
- Mandatory Certifications:

- Accredited Kanban Trainer
- Certified Leading Safe (SA)
- Certified Scrum Professional
- Certified Agile Leadership
