**Robert Half** **Talent Solutions** is currently looking for a **Treasury & Cash Management Analyst (M/F/x)**for a permanent position based in Brussels.

Our client is a fast growing company active in the **automotive sector**.

As a **Treasury & Cash Management Analyst** (M/F/x), your tasks will include:

- ** Actively contributing** to the understanding and monitoring of **financial results**;
- ** Preparing** and **analyzing cash flow forecasts** and **reports** for the group and its entities, identifying and explaining **variances** and **trends**;
- Supporting the **optimization** of the group's **cash flow** and **working capital management**;
- Assisting in the **development** and **review** of **treasury policies** and **procedures**, ensuring alignment with the group's **strategy** and **objectives**;
- Supporting **treasury risk management**, monitoring and reporting on the group's **interest rate** and **counterparty exposures**;
- Supporting **bank relationship management**, liaising with **banks** and other **financial institutions** on various **treasury matters**;
- Participating in various **treasury projects**.

The required **profile** for the **Treasury & Cash Management Analyst (M/F/x)**position:

- You have minimum 3 years of relevant treasury or cash management experience, preferably in a multinational or complex environment;
- You have a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
- You have a strong knowledge of treasury operations, cash management, and treasury risk management;
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy;
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
- You have a proactive and flexible attitude, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines;
- You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and have experience with treasury management systems;
- You are fluent in English and French or Dutch.
