The Role

Sites Management

Legal aspects, security interface, evacuation documents, evacuation exercises, document review, sites checks, clean desk support, safety follow up, emergency policies.

Site visits

Hosting site visits for new engagements and existing customers.

Facility Change Management

Change and change planning review, communication and follow up, including documentation and communication.

Facility Capacity Management

Monthly analysis and reporting, including participation in capacity related meetings.

Risk Management

Quarterly analysis and reporting, including participation in risk related meetings.

Incident Management

Incident reporting, follow up and escalating when required.

Overall Audit support

Overall coordination of audit, support and follow-up, including participation in meetings, writing internal reporting and execution of action plans until completion. ISMS owner for ISO27001.

Client Data Center interface

Data center management interface for a major customer. Participation in meetings and reporting / communication to the customer on data center related activities (capacity, incident and change). Security governance, capacity planning, risk review meeting and Corporate Security meeting. Support the Account Representative in any data center related activity.

People manager

First line manager of local data center management team.

Who You Are

People manager able to lead local staff in their daily tasks.

Service mindset, delivery view and diplomatic approach.

Technical knowledge of data center facility infrastructure and its related components including also the cabling and non-cabling activities of technical staff.

Communication with business representatives, senior management and external stakeholders, including governmental agencies.

Act as first escalation point for incidents and coordinate accordingly with the business and stakeholders.

Languages: French, English, Dutch

Able to work 4 days a week at the data center locations in the south of Belgium.
