**Ta mission**:
Dans un univers média qui se réinvente tous les jours, le département des Technologies de RTL Belgium recherche un nouveau collaborateur pour renforcer son équipe de support aux différents départements internes.

Au sein de l’équipe pluridisciplinaire en charge des outils IT, de production, de diffusion et au contact direct avec les utilisateurs, tu apporteras ta contribution au succès de RTL Belgium en mettant en œuvre ton intelligence technologique, ta curiosité naturelle ainsi que tes connaissances des systèmes et processus techniques médias et IT.
Les activités du support s’inscrivent dans le cadre ITIL au sein d’une équipe.

***Tes principaux objectifs**:

- Préserver la qualité de service attendue par nos clients et utilisateurs
- Porter assistance, rassurer et conseiller nos utilisateurs en cas de doute ou questionnement technologique

**Tes actions au quotidien**:

- Surveiller de manière proactive l’ensemble de nos systèmes Radio-TV-Digital-IT
- Lors d’un incident, assurer le retour à la normale aussi vite que possible afin de limiter l’impact sur la production et la diffusion et le travail des utilisateurs
- Consigner les incidents rapportés par les utilisateurs via le logiciel de gestion du service desk, assurer le suivi des informations et leurs mises à jour
- Assurer le suivi de la résolution des incidents, en informant les utilisateurs, les autres membres de l'équipe support, ainsi que les administrateurs systèmes
- Participer ponctuellement à la mise en place de nouveaux services, à la validation de ceux-ci, à leur évolution ou à leur déploiement en collaboration avec les administrateurs systèmes concernés
- De par ta proximité avec les utilisateurs et les systèmes, challenger les administrateurs systèmes sur d’éventuels dysfonctionnements ou manques de documentation
- Suivre les sessions de formation continue organisées au sein du service.

***Ton profil**:

- Bachelier, section électronique, informatique ou audiovisuel et/ou ayant de l'expérience en matière de support IT et/ou médias
- Résolument réceptif aux technologies et à l'informatique
- Possédant un bon esprit analytique et de synthèse
- Reporting aisé (oral et écrit)
- Rigoureux, communicatif, esprit d'équipe et pouvant travailler de manière autonome
- Ingénieux et débrouillard
- Pouvoir faire face à des situations d’urgence avec calme et sérénité
- Pouvoir travailler en horaires flexibles (7/7j).
