As a Financial Business Partner (FBP), you play a crucial role within our organization. You serve as a vital link between the finance department and the various Business Units.

In collaboration with leaders, you align financial strategies with business objectives, thus contributing to informed decision-making and proactive financial management.
- **Advice and Analysis**:You advise business units on financial performance and operational efficiency. You conduct in-depth financial analyses to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- **Collaboration and Strategy**: You collaborate with department heads to develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with financial objectives. You participate in planning sessions and scenario analyses.
- **Evaluation and Recommendations**:You evaluate business opportunities and investment projects and provide financial insights and recommendations.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**:You develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- **Performance Monitoring**:You monitor financial performance against objectives and identify areas for improvement.
- **Reporting**: You provide detailed financial reports to management and stakeholders.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: You serve as the main financial point of contact (SPOC) for various business units and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- **Risk Management and Compliance**:You identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
