Il s’adresse, chaque jour, à 4.000.000 de lecteurs de presse quotidienne et à 850.000 visiteurs uniques sur ses sites. A ceux-ci viennent s’ajouter, chaque semaine, 2.800.000 lecteurs de sa presse périodique et magazine. Il génère un chiffre d’affaires consolidé de près d’un demi-milliard d’euros et emploie près de 3.800 personnes, essentiellement en Belgique, en France et au Luxembourg.

En tant que Finance Business Partner, vous agissez comme bras droit financier du Directeur Général d’une Business Unit du groupe et êtes en charge du controlling pour plusieurs sociétés.

**Votre rôle**:
En tant que Finance Business Partner, vous agissez comme bras droit financier du Directeur Général d’une Business Unit du groupe et vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec la direction dans le suivi des aspects techniques et financiers.

D’un point de vue financier, vous rapportez au Directeur Financier Groupe et faites partie d’une équipe de 3 Contrôleurs de gestion.

**Vos missions**:

- Gérer le controlling d’une Business Unit entière composée de plusieurs sociétés
- Être le réel Finance Business Partner pour le comité de direction de la BU (Directeur Général, Directeur Marketing, Directeur RH) dans le suivi des aspects techniques et financiers
- Être en charge des budgets et prévisions (forecasts) ainsi que des rapports d’analyse des écarts
- Calculer les impacts financiers de toutes les décisions du management, à court terme et à long terme en émettant des recommandations
- Conseiller la direction sur les actions à entreprendre afin d’améliorer les indicateurs financiers (cash flow, bénéfice après impôts, rentabilité opérationnelle, etc )
- Améliorer et soutenir le reporting interne continu (résultats mensuels, trimestriels, annuels)
- Piloter la gestion des performances en identifiant, préparant, combinant et interprétant les paramètres opérationnels et financiers pertinents
- Activités de développement commercial, y compris le suivi, le soutien et le suivi des stratégies locales et des dossiers d’investissement.
- Participer aux projets d’amélioration continue liés aux nouvelles initiatives/ activités ainsi qu’aux initiatives existantes.
- Participer aux activités de développement, suivi des stratégies locales et d’investissement (due diligence M&A).
- Master en Finance / Gestion / Business / Economie
- Vous disposez d’une expérience financière d’au moins 5 ans en Audit / Controlling / Analyse Financière
- Maîtrise d’Excel, Access, Qlik, Sage X3. La connaissance d’un outil d’analyse (Clickview) est un plus
- Vous êtes francophone avec une bonne connaissance de l’anglais
- Vous avez une excellente communication et bénéficiez de bonnes qualités relationnelles.
- Vous avez un esprit analytique.
- Vous avez des capacités à travailler de manière autonome et sur plusieurs business en parallèle (environnement matriciel).
