La Tribe CCE-E (Channel and Customer Experience for Enterprises) recherche un(e) Digital Business Analyst. Notre Tribe permet aux clients business d’effectuer leurs opérations bancaires de la manière la plus efficace. **Votre futur stage***:
Dans un monde qui évolue rapidement, l’innovation est d’une importance cruciale. En tant que digital business analyst, vous jouez un rôle important à cet égard:

- Coordination des Tribe Innovation days (planification pratique et organisation de ces events)
- Préparation de thèmes Innovation sur la base:

- de nos clients, grâce:

- au Client Research
- à l’analyse des données (incident & complaints, adobe analytics, sales figures, etc.)
- des besoins et objectifs de divers Stakeholders et Business partners
- du marché et de la concurrence
- de la stratégie de la banque
- Stimulation de l’innovation au sein de la Tribe

**Dévoilez vos atouts** ****
- Une formation de bachelier ? Un stage peut être effectué au cours de votre dernière année de bachelier.
- Un master ? Un stage peut être effectué durant votre avant-dernière ou dernière année de master.
- Votre stage dure au moins 2 mois et vous travaillez 4 ou 5 jours par semaine.
- Connaissance de l’anglais et de minimum une langue nationale + connaissance passive de la deuxième langue nationale
- État d’esprit « Agile »:

- Attitude positive, empathie, approche pragmatique : écoute et soutien de l’équipe dans sa résolution des problèmes, création d’un environnement de confiance propice à l’honnêteté et à l’ouverture.
- Encourage le partage des connaissances.
- Amélioration continue : il n’y a pas d’échecs, seulement du feed-back ; apprend par l’expérience, rectifie le tir en fonction du feed-back.
- Favorise la constitution d’une équipe axée sur la coopération et l’autonomie : use de la persuasion plutôt que de l’autorité, pose des questions plutôt que des affirmations, aide l’équipe à résoudre ses problèmes plutôt que de les résoudre à sa place.
- Soft skills:

- Attention aux détails et à la qualité de la livraison
- Curiosité et capacité à traiter diverses informations simultanément
- Passion pour le digital
