**Responsibilities**:

- Implementation SAP Convergent Invoicing, Consume to cash, Master Data, Pre-paid and post-paid scenarios of cross industries.
- Designing and configuration of E2E convergent invoicing processes with Integration of SAP Convergent Charging, FI-CO, SOM, Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Designing and configuration of e2e business processes in FICA.
- Design and configure Business Master Data, Account determinations, taxation procedures, collections strategy, Dunning procedure.
- Prepare business process design document, Functional specification configuration documents and test scripts as per the project requirements.
- Design and configuration financial customer care processes.

**Must Have**:

- At least 10 years of experience.***
- Should have at least 1 to 2 implementations in FICA.
- Strong integration knowledge in CI & BRIM modules.
- Should possess SAP FICA knowledge for preparation of business blueprints, business process plan (BPP), functional documents, and test cases etc.
- Should have experience in FICA Dunning procedure/Collection Strategy, payment (cash desk/external cash desk) integration with payment channels, write off, return processing, security deposit, installment plan, and promise to pay.
- Should have knowledge of Payment reconciliation & open AR with 3rd party and Bank.
- Experience in configuring FICA Events and BRF+ (functional).
- Strong knowledge of clearing strategy and clearing rules.
- Ability to develop custom solutions using as much of standard’s way.
- Should have good knowledge of FICA tables to generate Payment and reconciliation reports on demand.
- Strong knowledge of month-end and period-end closing and FICA to FICO GL integration.

- Any additional language knowledge is welcomed.
- Strong analytical skills.
