bedenkers en ontwikkelaars van nieuwe, creatieve formats en content, die beantwoorden aan de noden van de gebruikers en het bedrijf, in lijn met wat er op dit moment leeft op internet
een team dat adviseert en inspireert, maar ook experimenteert met digitale vertelvormen. Je kent ons misschien van
videoreeksen als Café Sport, Gamelab of Mama’s Kindjes,
podcasts als Puur Hypothetisch of Fichebak,
content voor de TikTok van Sporza tijdens het EK voetbal. Jij bent...
een creative met minstens drie jaar relevante werkervaring
iemand die online leeft, digitale content verslindt en goed op de hoogte is van de laatste trends en ontwikkelingen op het vlak van content en platformen.
iemand die al eens wakker wordt met een sterk idee voor TikTok, Twitter, BeReal of welk platform in de toekomst ook komt bovendrijven.
een ervaren maker die erop kickt om op die ideeën te kauwen en in verschillende opties tot leven te brengen in tekst, beeld of geluid.
iemand die het voortouw durft te nemen, vlot communiceert en je ervaring en skills inzet om anderen beter te maken.
een teamspeler die goed om kan met feedback, kritisch is voor eigen werk en dat van de collega’s.

Je komt terecht in een sterk team van creatieve en digitale experts, met expertise in veel domeinen van het digitale speelveld: strategie, content, formats, platformen, audio, video, copy, grafiek,
Samen met het team, en onder begeleiding, bedenk je digitale concepten, formats en content die beantwoorden aan de briefing die je meekrijgt.
Je brengt die ideeën en formats tot leven om ze te kunnen testen en ze op basis van inzichten verder te verfijnen. Soms alleen, maar meestal in een projectteam, met mensen van Creative Lab, het merk en/of externe specialisten.
Je werkt mee aan heel afwisselende projecten die variëren in focus, samenstelling en omvang. Van het WK voetbal naar Pride Month naar Dertigers? Kan allemaal.
Je houdt jezelf scherp door permanent in de gaten te houden wat er gebeurt in de digitale wereld.
Je houdt je collega’s scherp door ze te inspireren met je inzichten.

We bieden een freelance contract op afroep met een duurtijd van 6 maanden. Nadien mogelijks 3x verlengbaar op jaarbasis, tot maximaal 31/12/2026. Dit contract biedt geen garantie op minimum aantal opdrachten maar voorziet wel flexibiliteit waardoor de concrete data waarop de diensten geleverd zullen worden in onderling overleg en op basis van beschikbaarheden afgesproken kunnen worden.
