**The Role**

**Become part of an extensive and passionate team **that is active in connectivity, 4G LPWA network infrastructure, Internet of Things, condition monitoring, data mining, IT-architecture, operations, business development, who are turning current connectivity solutions into new business models and working on the next generation IoT platform.

In this role you will have the opportunity to **optimize the data stream from the IoT devices to the cloud**. You will work with the developers in the team and with the Big Data team, work with our connected device platform to improve how we interact with all the devices in the field. You will **support other divisional teams** in the division to **troubleshoot technical issues** on data coming from devices. You will be part of the connectivity project team to optimize the data flow and to implement the test scenarios in the field.

Major Responsibilities:

- Transform business stakeholder questions and issues into clear and unambiguous technical specifications
- Troubleshoot technical issues on data coming from devices
- Perform queries to optimize the data from from/to the devices
- Control and monitor the over the air updates
- Support divisions for technical requests about the data flow
- Support the Test Engineer to implement test scenarios in the field

You will work in the exiting domain of the **Industrial Internet of Things** within an international **product development team**. In this multidisciplinary environment you will see the results of your work from the data it starts with, to the front end. You will work together with specialists from different disciplines like embedded software developers, software test engineers, hardware developers, non-cellular technology experts, product managers, network providers and suppliers of modem, gateway, antennaon complex problems and challenging products.

**What we expect of you?**

Competence requirements:

- Genuine interest in the world of IoT and telecom
- Knowledge of SQL, Python
- Knowledge of the Azure Advanced Analytics stack is a plus
- Knowledge of Business Analysis principles is a plus
- Good communication skills in English, especially intercultural communication.
- Experience as platform administrator for IoT devices is a plus
