Belfius Bank wil zijn team versterken dat verantwoordelijk is voor het leveren van "Know Your Customer" (KYC) en "Know Your Transactions" (KYT) analyses voor zijn Enterprise en Public hoge risico klanten om te voldoen aan de vereisten van de toezichthoudende autoriteiten en om de groei van Belfius Bank.

**De job in een notendop**
- Je past (enhanced) due diligence maatregelen toe met betrekking tot ondernemingen en publieke rechtspersonen met een hoog AML risico - met een verschillende mate van complexiteit;
- Je zoekt zelf KYC-documentatie over deze klanten in het publieke domein, bedrijfsregisters, specifieke KYC-databases;
- Je onderhoudt contact met bankiers voor ontbrekende KYC-documentatie;
- Je controleert de kwaliteit van de KYC-gegevens van deze klanten in de interne systemen;
- Je neemt deel aan de KYC-evaluatie en de beslissing om deze klanten te onderzoeken in het licht van sancties, links met de Belfius country watch list, negatieve berichtgeving in de media, het UBO-register, PEP-lijsten, enz.;
- Je voert een post facto transactieanalyse (KYT) uit van hoogrisicoklanten: intern en extern onderzoek met betrekking tot de rechtvaardiging van de transacties en/of transactiepatronen, in het bijzonder met hoogrisicolanden;
- Je escaleert materiële screening, KYC- en/of KYT-bevindingen naar het toegewijde Compliance-team;
- Je bent het belangrijkste aanspreekpunt met Business Units en/of interne stakeholders voor de KYC-status van deze klanten.

**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.

Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:

- Je hebt een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig, bij voorkeur in economie of rechten en hebt 3 tot 4 jaar ervaring in AML/KYC/auditprocessen;
- Kennis van en ervaring met KYC-KYT-processen gekoppeld aan enhanced due diligence voor klanten met een hoog risico en/of ervaring met de risico-, compliance-, KYC-, KYT-, AML-processen van Belfius - is een pluspunt;
- Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met KYC-KYT-processen in de eerste verdedigingslinie en meer in het bijzonder met de strijd tegen het witwassen van geld, risicobeheer en interne controleprocessen in de banksector, en wil hierin je carrière vooruit helpen;
- Je kunt werken in een multiculturele en diverse omgeving. Je bent flexibel met functie-eisen en hebt uitstekende interpersoonlijke vaardigheden. Je hebt een teamgeest en goede organisatorische vaardigheden;
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands of Frans, hebt een goede kennis van de andere taal en hebt een gevorderde kennis van het Engels.
