**KYC Analyst - Brussel - Administratief/Operationeel**

**Een** **KYC Analyst binnen BNP Paribas Fortis biedt administratieve ondersteuning aan al onze verschillende business lines. Samen met onze sales collega’s helpen we op een snelle en efficiënte manier onze klanten in hun KYC (Know Your Customer) proces.

**De Know Your Customer - wetgeving (KYC) vormt het kader van een verhoogde waakzaamheid en speelt daarom een cruciale rol in het bestrijden van witwassen en in de strijd tegen het financieren van terrorisme. Binnen BNP Paribas Fortis leggen we een absolute prioriteit in het verhogen van onze waakzaamheid inzake het identificeren en evalueren van al onze klantenrelaties. Iedere klant moet immers volgens de KYC- wetgeving een risicoprofiel hebben dat aansluit op de relatie die men met onze bank aangaat. Zo dragen we bij tot een veilige en betrouwbare bank voor zowel onze huidige als onze nieuwe klanten.**:
**Jouw job**

Als KYC analyst bestaat je dagelijks takenpakket uit het analyseren en verwerken van alle elementen binnen de KYC policies waarbij er enkele vragen centraal staan in je analyse:

- Wie is deze klant?
- Waarom wil deze klant een relatie met onze bank aangaan/verderzetten?
- Komt deze klant hun risicobeoordeling overeen met hun risicoprofiel?

Het takenpakket van een dossierbeheerder is zeer divers en kan je opsplitsen in enkele grote thema’s:

- Second Level Validation: nakijken van alles betreffende de identificatie van de klanten.
- Document-analyse: nakijken van de informatie in vragenlijsten die de relatiebeheerder heeft opgesteld aan het begin van de KYC - analyse. Past dit binnen het profiel van de klant?
- KYC - screenings: screenings op externe databases om na te gaan of bepaalde klanten een risico vormen voor onze bank.
- Listings en updates behandelen: klanteninformatie updaten in onze database op basis van documenten verkregen door onze klanten of sales collega’s.

- Je hebt een bachelor
- of masterdiploma of je hebt reeds ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en je bent risicobewust
- Je staat open voor verandering en voortdurende verbetering
- Je wil graag een hecht team vervoegen en draagt bij tot een positieve sfeer in de werkomgeving
- Je hecht belang aan open communicatie en feedback
- Je staat open voor rechtstreeks telefonisch contact met klanten
- Je geef informatie, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, op een heldere, gestructureerde,

nauwkeurige en beknopte manier
- Je kunt je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Je beheerst Microsoft Office en bent bereid om te leren werken met onze interne tools
