**Entreprise**:
Cette entreprise est un nouvel acteur sur le marché des chaînes de concept, mais elle a déjà réalisé une belle croissance. Derrière le concept se trouve un jeune duo d'entrepreneurs qui n'ont pas été arrêtés par la Covid. Bien au contraire, les ouvertures de nouveaux établissements se sont enchaînées à un rythme soutenu ces 3 dernières années. Le compteur est désormais à 5 emplacements en Belgique. Une expansion vers d'autres villes est certainement prévue.
L'emplacement du bâtiment est idéal et central dans la ville, ce qui attire beaucoup de passage. Le concept est très fort grâce à la combinaison d'un aménagement chaleureux et de plats délicieux. Seuls des produits frais sont utilisés, ce qui garantit une qualité très élevée.
L'établissement est ouvert 7 jours sur 7 pour le déjeuner et le dîner. De plus, il y a aussi de la vente à emporter et une collaboration avec les différents services de livraison.
**Mission**:
En tant que Manager, vous avez l'opportunité de contribuer à la mise en place de la structure et de poursuivre le succès. Vous êtes responsable du fonctionnement quotidien de l'établissement et de la gestion de l'équipe. Vous occupez un rôle opérationnel de direction, mais vous vous occupez également de l'administration.
Vous vous engagez sur le service, la productivité optimale et une expérience surprenante pour chaque client Vous participez activement à l'activité, gardez une vue d'ensemble et supervisez les employés. Vous veillez à ce que les ingrédients soient correctement commandés, reçus, stockés et préparés afin de proposer en permanence des plats frais, sains et surprenants à votre clientèle. Vous êtes également responsable de l'élaboration des horaires, de la planification quotidienne et d'autres tâches administratives liées à la sécurité et à l'hygiène.
