Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de content en de evolutie van de technische aspecten van onze websites en interne processen. Daarvoor gebruik je je zin voor prioriteiten, je technische bagage en je vaardigheden op het vlak van projectbeheer.

**De job in een notendop**

Als content manager/full stack ontwikkelaar, omvat je werk twee belangrijke onderdelen:
Als content manager werk je nauw samen met de projectteams, de redacteurs, de IT-ontwikkelaars en de bedenkers met het oog op de coördinatie van de content van de website en om erop toe te zien dat die tegemoet komt aan de behoeften van de doelgroep van je organisatie.

Wat ga je precies doen?
- zorgen voor het beheer van de CMS van je onderneming en van andere tools die verband houden met de content;
- zorgen voor de functionele werking van de website en de optimale;
- de content aanmaken, implementeren en publiceren;
- zoeken naar, publiceren en soms editeren van beelden en/of video’s;
- de informatie op de website promoten bij klanten en beoogde partners;
- technische problemen melden aan het personeel dat IT-bijstand verleent;
- zorgen voor het beheer van juridische aangelegenheden, zoals auteursrechten, valideringen of bescherming van gegevens;
- samenwerken met cross-teams voor het uitwerken en implementeren van webstrategieën en -projecten.

Als full stack-ontwikkelaar concentreer je je energie op de manier waarop de dingen werken in de processen m.b.t. de content om automatiseringsmodellen te vinden en toe te passen. Jouw taken:

- zeer goede kennis verwerven van de werking van de interne tools, zowel voor de front als de backend;
- het teamhoofd helpen bij het vinden, voorstellen en leveren van geautomatiseerde/semi-geautomatiseerde toepassingen om de werklast van de content-processen te verlichten;
- het updaten van de HTML, de CSS en de javascript die worden gebruikt door de interne tools;
- het personeel opleiden voor het produceren van content voor het web met de hulp van die geautomatiseerde toepassingen;
- een rol spelen bij het onderhoud en de ontwikkeling van de website;
- op de hoogte blijven van de allernieuwste technologie om de wedstrijd voortdurend te verbeteren.

**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.

Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:

- je behaalde een bachelor en/of kan een eerste beroepservaring voorleggen;
- je hebt een degelijk organisatietalent en bent sterk in projectbeheer;
- je kan vlot overweg met programmeertalen zoals HTML, CSS en JavaScript;
- je kan vlot overweg met frameworks JavaScript zoals Angular JS, React en IONIC;
- je kan ook vlot overweg met XML DOM met behulp van scripts van derden.

Je scoort een extra punt als je voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarde(n):

- je bent tweetalig (Nederlands/Frans);
- voorafgaande ervaring met contentbeheer met een CMS gebaseerd op content die gefragmenteerd is in diverse componenten en kennis van CMS Tridion, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript/Typescript, Angular ou React, NodeJS, JQuery, XML / XSL.
