Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstarten en begeleiden van studies door externe partijen voor het ontwerp van nieuwbouw
- en renovatieprojecten en dit af te toetsen met interne partijen op technisch, budgettair en planmatig vlak
- Hieronder valt ook de opmaak van offerteaanvragen en aanbestedingsdossiers voor architectuur, stabiliteit, haalbaarheidsstudies voor alternatieve energie en andere technische studies alsook opmaak en controle van bouwvergunningsaanvragen, milieuvergunningsaanvragen, EPB aangiftes en uitvoeringsbestekken voor aannemers
- Je onderhandelt en beheert de contracten met studiebureaus, aannemers en de wettelijke coördinatoren
- Tijdens de uitvoering heb je ook een superviserende en controlerende rol over de bouwkundige realisaties en bewaak je je vooropgestelde planning, budget en kwaliteit
- Doorheen de hele projectcyclus zorg je voor een optimaal stakeholdermanagement en speel je kort op de bal bij nieuwe verzoeken van de interne klant (wat is de impact hiervan op technische haalbaarheid, budget en planning?)

**Wat verwachten wij van jou? **technische job Construction Manager**:

- Je behaalde een masterdiploma in een bouwkundige richting
- Je hebt reeds vele jaren ervaring in het beheer van multidisciplinaire bouwprojecten
- Je beschikt over doorgedreven kennis van alle bouwtechnische disciplines en procedures, zowel theoretisch als praktische uitvoeringen
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van de wet
- en regelgeving inzake bouw
- en milieuvergunningen
- Je bent stressbestendig en flexibel ingesteld
- Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en MS Project
- Je bent vlot communicatief in het Nederlands (Frans of Engels is een plus)

Voor onze partner in Zaventem zoeken we naar een (freelance)** Construction Project Manager**. Het doel is het faciliteren van bouwkundige projecten (zowel nieuwbouw als renovatie van gebouwen) op de site van de luchthaven, dit om de verdere ontwikkeling en optimalisering van de luchthaveninfrastructuur te garanderen.
