**Description Overview**:
We have a fantastic new opportunity for a dedicated Financial Planner & Analyst to join our CSCI Central FP&A team.
This role will be responsible to support Management with first class analysis and insights regarding the Financial Performance of the business, and contributing effectively on companywide projects.
**Scope of the Role**:
- Analyse key performance indicators including all areas of the income statement, highlighting trends and analysing causes of unexpected variances.
- Quarterly and monthly Financial Reporting towards European and Corporate management (US).
- Managing the planning process; yearly budgeting and quarterly forecasting
- Monthly/Quarterly follow up of operational overhead expenses (OPEX) across CSCI.
- Identify and address business process improvements
- Design and develop dashboards and reports to improve processes
**Experience Required**:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or similar
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Finance, FP&A or similar role in preferably an international company
- Advanced Microsoft Office user, passionate by Excel. First experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- High standards for accuracy and precision
- Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with the ability to develop and maintain peer relationships
- Fluent in English
