**Job Summary**:
As the EMEA-I Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager, you will play a critical role in driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for our organization's EMEA-I region. You will be responsible for supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven analytics and financial expertise. You function as a true business partner to the EMEA-I Finance Director, VP of the Region, Divisional Sales Leaders and the other members of the Leadership Team with the ability to provide insight and help shape business views.

These responsibilities include Strategic Financial Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial Analysis and Reporting, Cash Flow Management, Investment and Capital Planning, Financial Modeling, Cross-functional collaboration, Team Leadership and Compliance and Risk Management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Proven experience in FP&A roles, ideally in a multinational, including management experience.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills, including proficiency in financial analysis software and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
- Experience working in a global or multinational organization is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, multicultural environment.
- The FP&A Manager plays a critical role in shaping the financial future of the organization, working closely with senior leaders, and guiding financial decisions to ensure sustainable growth and profitability. This role requires a high level of financial expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic global business environment.
**Experience**:
- Overall, a great level of experience with minimum 5 years of FP&A, and with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
**Language skills**:
- Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages (e.g. Dutch) is a plus.
