Associate Director

At Organon, we are currently looking for an Integrated Development Supply Team Project Manager - Associate Director.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Provide project management for active Integrated Development Supply Team (IDST) projects, developing, managing and visualizing the integrated project plans across New Products Commercialization.
- Flexibility to take on sub-project leadership or provide direct support within the wider New Product Commercialization (NPC) team, as needed, by the scope and phase of the project(s).
- Develop project management expertise with increasing responsibilities - technical pathway to IDST lead.
- Understand and take leadership on business processes required to enable the capabilities of technical project management.
- Working in partnership with IDST Leads and wider NPC team to identify best practices and further areas for improvement or development.
- Develop new ideas/innovations to experiment. Agility and speed to fail fast/upskilling of the NPC team in project management.

**Education Requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree in a science or related field.

R**equired Experience and Skills**:

- ** At least 5 years' experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and/or Development**:

- Ordered, organized and willing to learn and adapt project management tools for use across project teams and governance tiers.
- Experience with working with IDST groups and ability to communicate, problem solve and drive decisions with a sense of urgency.
- Familiarization with IT project management tools including MS Project and visual management and collaboration tools: Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Timeline Pro & Mural.
- Drive for results and ability to deliver on complex and challenging deadlines. Ability to recognize risk and work creatively to resolve using change management skills.
- Business acumen and able to understand functions throughout the IDST and Development Lifecycle Team (DLT) understand the needs to support development and execution activities.

**Travel**: Estimate 10% of time.
