- Wij zijn op zoek naar een Junior Associate voor ons Employment team in Brussel._
Taylor Wessing is een internationaal advocaten

**Over ons Employment team**
Ons Employment team is een dynamisch team waarbij wij er samen naar streven onze cliënten bij te staan op alle vlakken van het arbeidsrecht. Zo behandelen wij zaken dewelke betrekking hebben op het individueel en collectief arbeidsrecht en het sociaal zekerheidsrecht.
Wij adviseren onze cliënten over alle HR zaken zoals:
- Wij staan hen bij in het kader van een mogelijke aanwerving, tewerkstelling en beëindiging van de arbeidsrelatie met mogelijke internationale aspecten (arbeidsvergunning, salary split, internationale tewerkstelling).
- Wij voeren tevens onderhandelingen met de vakbondsorganisaties.
- Wij stellen alle contractuele documenten, collectieve arbeidsovereenkomsten, communicaties en het HR-beleid op.
Daarnaast begeleiden wij de cliënt onder andere in het kader van:
- de implementering van grote wijzigingen binnen het bedrijf (grote flexibiliteit, herstructurering, overnames, outsourcing, collectief ontslag, sluiting van de onderneming)
- een controle door de sociale inspectie
- een staking
Tenslotte, staan wij onze cliënten uiteraard ook bij in geval van een gerechtelijke procedure voor de arbeidsrechtbanken en arbeidshoven.

Taylor Wessing is op zoek naar een advocaat-stagiair(e) gespecialiseerd in het arbeidsrecht met minstens 1 tot 2 jaar ervaring bij een advocatenkantoor, om haar team op het kantoor in Brussel te versterken. De ideale kandidaat heeft zeer goede academische resultaten behaald aan een Belgische universiteit. U beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, waarbij uw eerste taal Nederlands is en u een goede beheersing hebt van het Frans. Bovendien hebt u een zeer goede kennis van het Engels, zodat u dossiers in deze taal kunt beheren. Wordt u gekenmerkt door uw juridische analyse, oog voor detail, denkvermogen en praktische zin?
