Taylor Wessing is een internationaal advocaten
- en notariskantoor met een sterke focus op vooruitstrevende ondernemingen. Wereldwijd adviseert Taylor Wessing haar cliënten met meer dan 1.200 advocaten en notarissen die altijd naar het maximale resultaat streven, vanuit 28 vestigingen verspreid over 16 landen. Deze vestigingen combineren de beste nationale commerciële kennis met de internationale ervaring om proactieve en integrale oplossingen aan te bieden. Taylor Wessing ondersteunt haar cliënten op alle zakelijke gebieden, zoals de civiele procespraktijk, vastgoed, IE/IT, arbeidsrecht, ondernemingsrecht, banking & finance en insolventierecht. In de Benelux is Taylor Wessing actief vanuit haar vestigingen in Eindhoven, Amsterdam en Brussel.
**Over ons Employment team**
Ons Employment team is een dynamisch team waarbij wij er samen naar streven onze cliënten bij te staan op alle vlakken van het arbeidsrecht. Zo behandelen wij zaken dewelke betrekking hebben op het individueel en collectief arbeidsrecht en het sociaal zekerheidsrecht.
Wij adviseren onze cliënten over alle HR zaken zoals:
- Wij staan hen bij in het kader van een mogelijke aanwerving, tewerkstelling en beëindiging van de arbeidsrelatie met mogelijke internationale aspecten (arbeidsvergunning, salary split, internationale tewerkstelling)
- Wij voeren tevens onderhandelingen met de vakbondsorganisaties
- Wij stellen alle contractuele documenten, collectieve arbeidsovereenkomsten, communicaties en het HR-beleid op
- Daarnaast begeleiden wij de cliënt onder andere in het kader van:
- de implementering van grote wijzigingen binnen het bedrijf (grote flexibiliteit, herstructurering, outsourcing, collectief ontslag, sluiting van de onderneming)
- een controle door de sociale inspectie
- een staking
- Tenslotte, staan wij onze cliënten uiteraard ook bij in geval van een gerechtelijke procedure voor de arbeidsrechtbanken en arbeidshoven.

Taylor Wessing is op zoek naar een advocaat gespecialiseerd in het arbeidsrecht om haar team op het kantoor in Brussel te versterken. De ideale kandidaat heeft 4-6 jaar werkervaring en beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. Uw taal is Nederlands en u heeft een goede kennis van het Engels, zodat u dossiers in deze taal kunt beheren. Beheersing van de Franse taal is een pré maar geen vereiste.
