BESIX Real Estate Development (BESIX RED)** is een Belgische vastgoedprojectontwikkelaar die zich al meer dan 30 jaar toelegt op de realisatie van woningen, kantoren en retail & services. Vacatureomschrijving
U werkt samen met getalenteerde collega's aan uitdagende projecten variërend van 10 tot 50 miljoen euro.
- U vertegenwoordigt de bouwheer en bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische aspecten van lopende projecten in de voorbereiding, uitvoering en oplevering.
- U werkt tijdens alle fases zeer nauw samen met de interne Project Managers die de ontwikkelingsaspecten aansturen.
- U bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit en concept van het project vanaf de eerste schets tot aan de definitieve oplevering.
- U hebt voldoende technische kennis of voeling om de verschillende bouwpartijen te kunnen aansturen,hen te coördineren en aangereikte oplossingen kritisch te kunnen beoordelen.
- U bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, beoordeling en coördinatie van vergunnings-, aanbesteding en contractuele dossiers, dit met externe bouwpartners als architecten, ingenieurs en diverse specialisten.
- U beheert de administratieve aspecten van het project ; contractvorming met stakeholders, werfvergaderingen tot en met beheer van de informatiestroom tijdens uitvoering en oplevering.
- U bent de verbindende persoon tussen de externe stakeholders zoals architecten, studiebureaus, aannemers en klanten en zorgt ervoor dat deze partijen doen wat van hen verwacht wordt, steeds met het belang van het project als leidraad.
- U analyseert en beheert vorderingsstaten van stakeholders en eventuele min-of meerwerken.
- U beheerst wijzigingen in het project naar planning, kwaliteit en budget.
- Als Technical Project Manager maakt u deel uit van het technisch departement en u rapporteert aan de Technisch Directeur en bent gevestigd in België.
- De projecten bevinden zich hoofdzakelijk in België, zowel in Vlaanderen en Brussel.
- U biedt algemene ondersteuning aan de technische afdeling en collega’s en optimaliseert daar de processen en projecttools.
- Binnen het technisch departement controleert u lastenboeken, plannen, offertes en aanbestedingen.
- U kan zelfstandig werken maar bent een teamplayer.
- U kent en houdt steeds het einddoel voor ogen.

Functie-eisen
- U hebt een diploma als ingenieur (bouwkunde of architectuur);
- U hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in grote bouwprojecten;
- U beheerst alle aspecten van het bouwproces en hebt dus een generalistisch profiel;
- U spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans;
- U bent proactief, onafhankelijk en bent klantgericht;
- U bent diplomatiek en oplossingsgericht. U haalt voldoening uit verschillende projecten tot een goed einde te brengen.
