**Positionner**:
Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the point of contact for various collaborators and provide support in terms of leadership, performance management, legal compliance regarding workplace well-being, and HR strategy.
Here are your other tasks:
- ** Guiding and coaching managers** of different teams in human resources management and establishing a change plan if necessary.
- Providing in-depth expertise in HR, covering both "**soft HR**" aspects (feedback, employee relations, professional development) and "**hard HR**" (compensation, organizational evolution).
- ** Analyzing multiple reports** on employees (compensation, turnover rates, etc.) to guide strategy and decisions and proposing suitable solutions.
- Identifying team** training needs** and proposing proactive solutions to foster their development based on your expertise, taking into account compliance with employment conditions and legislative frameworks.
- Cultivating **harmonious relationships** with all staff, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR programs at various levels (recruitment, compensation, future of work, etc.) and identifying team training needs and plans to foster their development.

**Profil et compétences**:
Here are the necessary conditions to successfully carry out this mission:
- You bring **valuable experience** in collaborating with works councils and possess skills suited for intricate matrix structures.
- With expertise spanning both **Soft HR and Hard HR** for a minimum of 5 years, you adeptly navigate a diverse range of competencies.
- Your academic background includes a relevant bachelor's degree in fields such as human resources or psychology.
- Fluency in both** English and Dutch** is a prerequisite, with proficiency in **French** considered advantageous.
- Your thorough understanding of **Belgian legislation**, encompassing labor law and social security, is complemented by your commitment to staying abreast of updates.
- Keen for adventure, you are open to **traveling** to various** agencies across Belgium**, extending your expertise to benefit all members of the organization.
