**A vibrant company active in Real Estate, realizing total development projects in Belgium and European countries around.**
Young, ambitious, and expanding their business, the team is looking for enthusiastic people with a passion for Sales to join their new location in Brussels (region of Woluwe-Saint-Lambert).
**What will you do as a Junior Sales Representative?**
- Establish a connection with existing prospects.
- Book meetings with prospective clients and assist them in their Real Estate investments.
- Offer advise concerning best real estate choices, understand their specific wants, needs and expectations and propose them the best possible solution.
- Guide clients through the process from A-Z, from the initial phone contact up until the closure.
- Maintain a line of communication with your Sales Manager, who will support you when needed.
**Who are we looking for?**
- Perfect level of French and Dutch.
- Higher degree (Bachelor, Master, Management School), or equivalent by working experience.
- Flexibility to organize client meetings 1-2 evenings per week (Mon-Fri)
- Strong knowledge of French and Dutch is a must.
- Commercial attitude and professional presentation.
- Hard working, Winner mentality and strong perseverance
- First experience in B2C or B2B client contact / sales is a plus.
