Om ons departement Cargo & Logistics te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Account Manager Real Estate.
• Je speelt een vitale rol in de verdere groei en ontwikkeling van de bestaande en toekomstige Real Estate klanten, en dit in lijn met het budget, businessplan en het Real Estate Masterplan.
• Je analyseert de noden van de klant, als eerste aanspreekpunt, en organiseert de lange termijn relatie.
• Je onderhandelt, beheert en sluit contracten af in samenwerking met contractmanagement.
• Je zorgt voor de volledige P&L verantwoordelijkheid van je klantenportefeuille en het Real Asset Register.
• Je vertaalt de klantenvraag naar de ontwikkeling van een product of dienst en dit door nauw samen te werken met andere teams en departementen.
• Je geeft input en beheert het Real Estate Masterplan samen met je leidinggevende.
• Je beschikt over minimum 3 jaar ervaring in accountmanagement, bij voorkeur in real estate activiteiten
• Je wenst je te verdiepen in de unieke Terminal gebonden real estate activiteiten
• Je omschrijft jezelf als een innovatieve resultaat- en klantgerichte sales expert die beschikt over een grote overtuigingskracht en sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden
• Stakeholdermanagement is volledig jouw ding. Intern, extern en op alle niveaus
• Je blinkt uit in opbouwen van duurzame netwerkenrelaties via formele en informele contacten
• Langetermijn relaties opbouwen in het Nederlands, Frans of Engels? Kan je.
