**Your future job**
- From profitability analysis to negotiation and from drawing up contracts to signing them, you are at the heart of strategic real estate matters, at every stage.
- You support the Group Companies in real estate transactions, between consultancy and contracting. As you will see, it's a fascinating role.
- You also contribute to BNP Paribas Fortis' territorial approach to real estate and the extension of our services outside our entity in an ambitious and exciting role.
- You ensure that the balance between returns and costs is optimised and that risks are managed. You ensure that contracts and work documents are kept up to date with new legislation.
- You guarantee high-quality internal control over processes, reporting and results.
- You are independent, but you can count on support from the Real Estate and Housing & Sourcing Services team members. These colleagues, like you, are passionate about their job.

**Your talents and skills**

To meet the needs of this role and grow in it, it's important that you have the following skills and qualities:

- At least 8 years' experience in negotiating and drafting real estate contracts and, ideally, a Master's degree in Law and a qualification in real estate.
- An affinity and talent for negotiating real estate contracts and ease in implementing processes and managing projects.
- The ability to analyse, understand and use financial and economic tools. Compliance with legislation.
- Good interpersonal skills, diplomacy, conviction and fluent communication.
- Trilingual in French, Dutch and English.
