As a Real Estate Expert, you will play a crucial role in managing our real estate portfolio and ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and effective communication.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify real estate needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support real estate decisions.
- Negotiate and manage lease agreements, ensuring favorable terms for DIGI Belgium.
- Oversee property maintenance and repairs to uphold the quality and value of our real estate assets.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to make informed recommendations to senior management.

- Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations
