Na het volgen van de opleidingen betreffende uw functie en zodra u voldoende beheersing van deze

aantoont, worden de modaliteiten omtrent telewerken en aanwezigheid voor bepaalde gelegenheden

op bureau (teamvergaderingen, evenementen, opleidingen, ) met je leidinggevende besproken.
Yuzzu zal je het nodige materiaal evenals een aangepaste financiële compensatie toekennen om je de

mogelijkheid te geven om in optimale condities te telewerken.

**Jouw functie**:
Je werkt in jouw afdeling Risk Management actief mee aan de ontwikkeling van het systeem voor
risicobeheer en -kwantificering.

Dit omvat voornamelijk 2 opdrachten:
Je implementeert en verrijkt evaluatieprocessen voor de kwantificering en bewaking van de
operationele risico s. In deze context werk je samen met alle afdelingsverantwoordelijken
binnen Yuzzu (IT, HR, contractbeheer, schadebeheer, marketing, de afdelingen die de
verzekeringsproducten en het premieniveau definiëren,) en dit om hun risicoprofiel te
bepalen.

De operationele risico s zijn van zeer uiteenlopende aard. Het gaat om risico s die verbonden
zijn met mogelijk verlies als gevolg van een storing in processen of systemen, en dit zowel als
gevolg van een menselijke fout als door externe oorzaken. Je werkt dan ook nauw samen met
de Internal Controller die instaat voor de uitvoering van de controleprocessen die de
geïdentificeerde operationele risico s moeten terugdringen.

Je neemt op geregelde tijdstippen deel aan meetings omtrent operationele risico s, samen met
de specialisten van Groep AXA.

Je werkt mee aan de berekening van het solvabiliteitskapitaal dat in het kader van Solvency 2

vereist is op de opeenvolgende kwartaalvervaldagen, en je becommentarieert de belangrijkste

ontwikkelingen in synthesedocumenten voor het management van Yuzzu en van Groep AXA,

met betrekking tot diverse risicotypes (verzekering niet-leven, operationeel, markt, krediet).

Dit tweede takenpakket is kwantitatiever van opzet dan het eerste. Onze toekomstige

medewerker heeft dus basisnoties van statistiek en kan vlot om met wiskunde. Je

wordt uiteraard continu opgeleid voor de meer specifieke aspecten die elementair tot

de functie behoren.

**Je profiel:
**Je hebt een masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een economische, financiële of wetenschappelijke

richting.

Je beheerst basistools zoals Excel, Word en PowerPoint.

Je kan goed in team en met andere diensten samenwerken.

Je bent vlot in de omgang.

Je hebt idealiter al gewerkt in transversale functies of je beschikt over vaardigheden in

projectbeheer.

Je beschikt over reële analyse
- en synthesekwaliteiten.

Je bent nieuwsgierig en leergierig.

Je goed ontwikkelde geest is kritisch ingesteld.

Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Frans of het Nederlands en een grondige schriftelijke

kennis van het Engels.
