**Who am I?**

You will be working in a Benelux team of 11 KASCMs in total, reporting to the Customer Collaboration Manager. Half of the team is based in The Netherlands; half of the team is based in Belgium. The role consists of a combination of operational and strategic responsibilities, of which the balance will develop in line with your experience and skills. You will be working closely with the commercial key account managers and the various supply chain and customer care teams. You will be based in the head-office in Hoofddorp in a brand new and highly sustainable office.

**Your mission** is to maximize product availability on shelf at the minimum cost providing the best customer service.

**Your deliverables** will consist of:

- Being the preferred point of contact for your division and your customer portfolio.
- Combining the corporate collaboration strategies with division-specific goals and projects.
- Setting up and animating recurring meetings with customers and internal stakeholders
- Monitoring the EDI based order-to-cash processes between the customer and L’Oréal, thereby working closely together with the Customer Service team and Credit team.
- Proactively identifying risks and improvements on product availability to maintain a high service level, implementing action plans if necessary.
- Coordinate information sharing about product availability, short-term catalog changes, promotions & animations between the customer, commercial and supply chain teams.
- Analyzing and monitoring the most important supply chain KPI’s such as OTIF, SIT, and OLA.
- Managing projects or process improvements both internally and with your customers to improve customer satisfaction and supply chain performance at a sustainable cost.
- Strive for sustainability by optimizing (return) flows and ordering profiles.

**Your profile**

You are analytical strong but pragmatic when the situation requires. As a person you are determined to make a great impact by taking initiatives and sharing your ideas. It is important to feel comfortable to collaborate with different stakeholders and that you know how to convince them if necessary. Furthermore you are open minded and supportive towards new initiatives.
- A completed HBO or Master’s degree
- In possession of Dutch and English language proficiency
- A previous working experience of 2-5 years
- Fulltime availability (40hrs per week)
- Preferably experienced with Microsoft Excel, SAP and Power BI
