**About the Role**

As a **Junior Key Account Manager**, you will work with our brands and the dynamic world of plant-based products, contributing to reducing the carbon footprint worldwide. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Relationship Management**: Establish and strengthen relationships with retail customers in Belgium and Luxembourg.
- **Customer Planning**: Create and execute customer plans based on deep customer understanding and category insights.
- **Collaboration**: Work with marketing, category management, supply chain, and finance teams to drive business performance.
- **Performance Evaluation**: Continuously evaluate and follow up on business performance.
- **Implementation**: Collaborate with the field sales organisation to ensure optimal implementation of plans.

**About You**:

- **Experience**: Initial experience within the retail sector.
- **Skills**: Ability to work independently and as a team member, leveraging the strengths of the Upfield team.
- **Attributes**: Willingness to perform in a role that covers a broad spectrum of hands-on and strategic responsibilities.
- **Mindset**: A growth mindset and a customer-focused attitude, constantly pursuing steps to grow and impact the market.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, facilitating opportunities internally and externally to foster business growth.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **Languages**: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
