**About the Job**
As our Junior Key Account Manager SN, you are responsible with the Key Account Managers to **drive sustainable growth of Nutricia Specialized Nutrition **(Nutrilon, Fortimel,) in the Pharmacy channel and Homecare, representing more than 50% of our net sales in Belgium. You are interested in the **Health Care environment of the pharmacy channel and homecare**, its relation and contribution to the existing business within each account and region and **how to optimize business opportunities **using the appropriate financial drivers.
You report to the Head of Key Account Managers and your main responsibilities are the following:
- Define with the Head of Kam **clear segmentation and priorities** for Key Accounts,
- Set business objectives for Key accounts and **translate the commercial strategy into concrete plans**,
- Negotiate, implement, monitor and evaluate **annual agreements, plans and programs** to ensure **sustainable Net Sales Growth**,
- Build **strong and long-lasting relationships & partnerships** with different decision makers within Key Accounts on local level for pharma and on national and local level for Homecare.
- Engage with key stakeholders of the Channel to **fully understand their drivers and challenges**,
- Interact efficiently and **cross-functionally within Nutricia** to drive SN business further
About you
You have a **relevant **master degree in business management**. You have at least **3 year sales experience Sales**, or **business development** in healthcare, pharma or retail industry, preferably with a first experience as (jr) Key Account Manager. You are fluent in **Dutch **&** French **with good working level of **English **and excellent ability to communicate efficiently with different types of profiles or cultures.
Besides, you also need to:
- Have **strong analytical thinking**, combined with pragmatic decision-making and problem-solving approach,
- Have **commercial mindset**, selling and negotiation skills,
- Have strong **leadership** and **people management **skills,
- Have high curiosity or knowledge for **the channel specificities,**:
- **Flourish in a team** and have the power to **build strong relationship** both internally and externally

We collaborate intensively to develop a clear strategy of the pharmacy - Homecare and Elderly Homes channel and ensure recognition as preferred partner at our customers.
