The Rare Earth Industry Association (REIA) is an international non-profit organisation representing the global rare-earth-element (REE) industry. We work with a wide range of stakeholders, including companies, research institutions, and industry experts to promote the sustainable use of rare earths in various industries.
We are looking for a motivated student to assist with research, administrative tasks, and general office support across several ongoing projects, most of which focus on rare earths and sustainability. This role is flexible and offers an opportunity to gain experience in projects and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with research tasks related to rare-earth materials and sustainability.
- Provide administrative support, such as preparing reports and organizing documents.
- Help with general office tasks and assist the project team as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Currently enrolled in a university degree program
- Engineering background in Materials engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field."
- Fluent English
- Willingness to learn new tasks and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Knowledge of design tools (like Canva) is a plus
- Some knowledge of the industry is a plus
**Job Types**: Part-time, Student job
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: Hybrid remote in 1190 Brussel
