Als Strategy & Advisory Consultant ga je voor onze klanten en prospecten hun strategie met betrekking tot het ICT landschap uittekenen, vastleggen en optimaliseren.

In deze functie werk je in het team Strategy & Advisory en rapporteer je aan je Team Lead.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Bij het uitwerken van de strategie kan je uiteraard beroep doen op collega's die je bijstaan in domeinen waar je minder onderlegd in bent. En ben je zelf sterk in bepaalde domeinen, bvb ERP, Microsoft 365, CRM,... dan kan je ook een meer functionele rol op jou nemen (bijv. demo's geven, requirements identificeren...).

Als Strategy & Advisory Consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken van de korte-/middel-/langetermijn strategie van het ICT-landschap bij klanten. Deze strategie werk je zelfstandig uit aan de hand van een Business Canvas Model, via design thinking of andere business analyse modellen.

Je vertaalt, presenteert en verdedigt je strategisch plan op C-level niveau alsook naar de onderliggende niveau's.

**En je gaat ook een stapje verder**: je zet samen met de klant je strategie om naar de verschillende fases die op korte-/middel-/langetermijn uitgevoerd moeten worden. Hierbij hou je rekening met alle factoren en stakeholders. Bijvoorbeeld: onderlinge afhankelijkheid van de oplossingen die geïmplementeerd worden, urgentie van de gedefinieerde fases langs klantzijde, potentiële risico's, invloeden van change bij de key users en andere stakeholders,.... Bij het definiëren van deze implementatiefases (en mogelijke oplossingen) houd je uiteraard rekening met de ESC strategie en de oplossingen die ESC aanbiedt.

Je ondersteunt de Sales Consultant bij het uitwerken van de offerte voor de implementatie van de strategie.

Ben je de juiste match voor deze job?

Je beschikt over een bachelor of masterdiploma en een eerste ervaring in een strategische analysefunctie. Consulting ervaring in een ICT/ERP omgeving is een absolute plus.

Je hebt een heel sterke affiniteit met ICT en gelooft in de kracht van automatiseren en informatiseren;
Analyse en optimalisatie van bedrijfsprocessen met het oog op efficiëntieverhoging is helemaal je ding. De link met informatiseringstools en softwarepaketten is voor jou makkelijk gelegd.

Je werkt graag in een team, maar bij de klant sta je er ook wel eens alleen voor. Door je sterke communicatie realiseer je de gewenste impact en bereik je het vooropgesteld resultaat. En dit kan je binnen alle niveaus van een organisatie.

Je bent op zoek naar een sterk groeiende omgeving en wil mee vorm geven aan de Advisory organisatie van de toekomst.

Je voelt je dus helemaal thuis in een groeiende omgeving met snel veranderende noden. Een flinke portie change schrikt je niet af.

Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
