Solution Advisory Consultant

**INTRO**

Zero Friction delivers digital transformation for the Customer Care and billing process in the transforming heating and cooling market. Our vision is to create impact in the Energy transition with a next level SAAS Solution that brings new paradigms to customer experience

Zero Friction is now implemented for more than 60 customers and is expanding internationally.

We are looking for a solution advisor / evangelist who can position the solution to customer and partners dealing with the customer pains.

**What are we looking for?**
- You are passionate about the energy transition and how digital transformation leads to new possibilities
- You understand IT SaaS solutions and how they integrate in the IT Landscape
- You like discovering customer pains, needs and map them on solutions to build or improve business processes
- You are an evangelist and ambassador of the solution and love to work with customers to find the perfect solution
- You understand the implementation of a SAAS solution and associated customer journeys and sales cycles and like to drive customer through the buyer's journey
- You like working in a growing team and build a new solution advisory practice
- You love engagement with customers and partners

**What you will be doing?**
- You work with the sales teams in Belgium, The Netherlands, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and France
- You have a detailed understanding of the Zero Friction solutions (no worries, we will train you)
- You give presentations and demonstrations of the Zero Friction SaaS platform and the supporting Business Process Outsourcing services
- You work with customers to understand the requirements
- You develop and position commercial proposals with the sales teams
- You provide input to drive the Zero Friction solution roadmap
