**AI Innovation Specialist - Hospitality Industry Trainee**

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with department heads to **identify opportunities for implementing AI-driven solutions** to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct **research** and **analysis** to understand the specific needs and challenges of each department and **propose tailored AI solutions.**:

- Assist in the **integration of AI systems** with existing infrastructure and software platforms, ensuring seamless operation and compatibility.
- Work closely with IT and **data** teams to collect, analyze, and utilize data effectively to enhance decision-making and performance.
- Provide **training** and **support** to staff members on the **use of AI tools and systems**, promoting adoption and proficiency.
- Stay updated on **industry trends** and advancements in AI technology, recommending innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Assist in other IT-related tasks and projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the IT department and organization.

**Qualifications**
- Currently enrolled in a **relevant academic program, ideally in first or second year of Master’s Degree** (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, etc.). You have an internship convention of **minimum three months**. **Starting date is flexible.**:

- **Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts**, algorithms, and methodologies.
- Proficiency with **modern Generative AI platforms and tools**.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.
- Excellent **communication** and **interpersonal skills**, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in **English** is required; proficiency in **French** and/or **Dutch** is highly desirable.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a **genuine interest in leveraging technology to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.**:

- **Proactive** attitude, creative **problem-solving skills**, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a **fast-paced environment.**
