De Investigation Associate maakt deel uit van het MS&T-team en heeft als missie:

- **Probleemoplossing**:

- Leiding geven aan onderzoeken naar productieproblemen en strategieën ontwikkelen om snel tot de kern van het probleem te komen.
- Je zorgt voor tijdige en veilige productlevering door snelle en effectieve probleemoplossing.
- Je ontwikkelt en implementeert hulpmiddelen, sjablonen en processen om een efficiënt en gestandaardiseerd onderzoekssysteem op te bouwen.
- Ondersteun het productieteam bij het oplossen van complexe wetenschappelijke en technische problemen.
- **Kwaliteit en naleving**:

- Zorgen dat alle processen voldoen aan de regelgeving en altijd klaar zijn voor inspecties door regelgevende instanties.
- Actief ondersteunen van inspecties door regelgevende instanties en voorbereiding daarvan als onderwerpdeskundige.
- Schrijven en beoordelen van documentatie, zoals onderzoeksrapporten, risicobeoordelingen, correctieve en preventieve acties (**CAPA’s**), ontwikkelingsrapporten, kwalificatie
- en validatieprotocollen en -rapporten, technische beoordelingen, standaard operationele procedures (SOP’s), werkvoorschriften en batchrecords.
- Continu compliance onderhouden met interne trainingsvereisten en actie ondernemen bij mogelijke complianceproblemen en procesverbeteringen.
- **Continue verbetering**:

- Implementeren van kwaliteitsonderzoek resulterende CAPA’s met betrekking tot het productieproces.
- Onderhouden en leiden van het onderzoekdashboard en ondersteunende QEM-systemen en identificeren van verbeteringsmogelijkheden.
- Verzamelen van gegevens en uitvoeren van trendsanalyses om de organisatie te informeren op basis van lessen uit eerdere onderzoeken.
- Technische haalbaarheidsstudies uitvoeren en technische expertise leveren ter ondersteuning van procesverbeteringen, nieuwe productietechnologieën en automatiseringsoplossingen die kosten verminderen, doorvoercapaciteit verhogen en kwaliteitsnaleving verbeteren.
- **Samenwerking**:

- Sterke relaties opbouwen met interne teams zoals productie, kwaliteitscontrole, supply chain, engineering en kwaliteit, evenals externe partners.
- Zorgen voor een naadloze stroom van kennis en informatie tussen functies, afdelingen en locaties, wat resulteert in snelle en effectieve probleemoplossing.
- Actief deelnemen aan trainingen en conferenties om product
- en proceskennis uit te breiden en de hele organisatie te ondersteunen door kennisdeling.
- Vertegenwoordigen van Investigator Lead-verantwoordelijkheden op verzoek.
- Deelnemen aan toonaangevende conferenties, banenbeurzen en andere evenementen om de organisatie en CAR-T-technologie te promoten.

REQUIRED COMPETENCES & SKILLS

We zijn op zoek naar een gedreven professional met:

- Een masterdiploma in Engineering, Science, Pharmacy of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied.
- Minimaal 2-3 jaar ervaring in een cGMP-omgeving binnen de biotech
- of biopharma-industrie, bij voorkeur in cel
- of gentherapie.
- Uitgebreide kennis van cGMP-regelgeving en FDA/EU-richtlijnen.
- Uitstekende probleemoplossende vaardigheden en de capaciteit om complexe wetenschappelijke en technische problemen op te lossen.
- Sterke wetenschappelijke schrijfvaardigheden voor het opstellen van gedetailleerde rapporten en documentatie.
- Het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en effectief te multitasken in een dynamische en snel veranderende omgeving.
- Geavanceerde computervaardigheden en praktische kennis van relevante software.
- Een positieve en proactieve houding.
- Een geboren teamspeler die sterke relaties kan opbouwen en onderhouden.
- Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en een sterk analytisch denkvermogen.
- Nauwkeurig, authentiek, transparant, gepassioneerd, moedig en verantwoordelijk.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
