**Ton équipe**:
En acceptant la mission de Administrateur.trice Système, tu rejoindras une équipe motivée et enthousiaste de deux personnes au sein du DépartementCorporate.
Les missions de ta future équipe sont de:
- Développer et maintenir l’infrastructure IT de l’Agence ;
- Assurer la sécurité informatique de l’infrastructure ;
- Fournir les solutions et outils informatiques adaptés pour permettre à l’ensemble des travailleurs de réaliser leurs missions de façon professionnelle et efficace ;
- Conseiller les équipes sur le volet IT de leurs projets ;
- Veiller à réduire l’empreinte carbone de l’infrastructure IT.
**Tes missions**:
- Prise en charge des demandes du helpdesk en collaboration avec l’ensemble de l’équipe ;
- Analyser les causes des incidents récurrents et y apporter des solutions définitives ;
- Réaliser un suivi des systèmes : contrôle des systèmes de sauvegarde, antivirus, des éléments de sécurité etc. ;
- S’assurer que l’infrastructure soit correctement documentée ;
- Participer aux activités de maintenance de l’infrastructure ;
- Mesurer et optimiser les performances du système afin de maintenir la qualité optimale des serveurs ;
- Assurer la mise à jour des serveurs physiques et virtuels avec l’aide de notre consultant informatique externe ;
- Assurer une veille technologique et anticiper les évolutions nécessaires à l’optimisation des systèmes pour proposer des améliorations ;
- Participer à des projets d’infrastructure IT en collaboration avec le responsable IT.
**Ton profil**:
**Critères exclusifs**:
- ** Être titulaire d’un diplôme de bachelier en informatique ;**
**Si vous avez obtenu votre diplôme à l’étranger, merci de nous faire parvenir son équivalence reconnue par l’une des communautés de l’Etat belge ;**
- **Avoir une expérience d’une année minimum dans une fonction similaire ;**:
- **Maitriser au moins l’une des deux langues officielles (français/néerlandais).
