In 2016, our founders wanted to feed their dogs - named Edgard and Cooper - pet food they could feel good about. The kind of food that was as good for the planet as it was for their pets. But when they couldn't find this, they decided to make their own. Now, 6 years later, our pack has 200 employees and we are beyond proud to be part of the B Corp movement.

**What type of breed are we looking for?**:

**What will be in your bowl?**:
To reach Brand awareness & DTC new customer objectives - together with your fabulous team, you’ll:

- Set the creative strategy together with marketing leads. Define sharp messaging & campaign frameworks. You know how to understand a brand & understand an audience. You can translate that into effective creative on digital channels.
- Manage & improve the creative production processes for these channels.
- Execute Hands-on campaign work together with your team. Working on brainstorms, storyboarding, production,pushing for maximum impact. For adverstising funnels, product launch campaigns, masterbrand campaigns, and more.
- Manage the digital creative team. Accountable for team culture, skill development, budget & objectives.

**What skills & tricks should you bring?**:
A seasoned creative leader with experience in digital advertising & content creation, with:

- Drive for deep understanding of brand, product, consumer & visual culture. You’re a fly-on-the-wall with a curiosity problem.
- Able to set creative direction for team. Strong opinions on what world-class looks like. A blazing internal & eternal fire to inspire & motivate the team to strive for that standard.
- Experience with running effective creative operations. Can source different skills (photography, video, design, copy) efficiently if needed. Can manage a creative budget.
- Good manager & cultural fit: Curious, Kind, Bias for action.
- Can work well together with performance & brand managers.
