**Wat is de uitdaging?**
Als Client administration officier:
- Ben je het aanspreekpunt voor onze payroll consultants, onze klanten aangesloten bij ons sociaal secretariaat en de overheid voor vragen in verband met betalingen en facturen voor RSZ, bedrijfsvoorheffing, beheerskosten door onze diensten, enz.
- Volg je de facturatie op, registreer je de betalingen en maak je de bedragen over aan de officiële instanties (RSZ, FOD Financiën, enz.).
- Detecteer je afwijkingen en breng je de nodige correcties aan
- Ben je de contactpersoon voor onze klanten betreffende vragen rond facturen die door onze diensten worden uitgeschreven. Daarnaast analyseer je de behoeften van de klanten, stel je oplossingen voor en bied je indien nodig ondersteuning bij geschillen
- Zorg je voor een proactief beheer door regelmatig contact op te nemen met klanten en officiële instanties.
**Wie bent u?**
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands. Daarnaast heb je ook een goede kennis van het Frans (zodoende je jouw collega's in geval van drukte kan helpen met Franstalige dossiers).
- Je bent nauwkeurig en nauwgezet, je werkt graag met cijfers en bent resultaat
- en oplossingsgericht.
- Je kunt zelfstandig werken, je bent bereid te leren en je bent van nature vindingrijk
- Je streeft naar klanttevredenheid
Afhankelijk van jouw woonplaats werk je vanuit het dichtsbijzijnde kantoor van Partena Professionals. Wel zal jouw opleiding de eerste periode in Brussel doorgaan en wordt nadien verwacht dat je 2x per maand vanuit het kantoor van Brussel werkt.
