**Patronale Life** heeft dochtermaatschappijen als:
- **Patronale Solar** die expert is in het ontwikkelen, realiseren, beheren en financieren van projecten en innovaties in (hernieuwbare) energie
- **Patronale Real Estate** die haar focus ligt op logistiek vastgoed.
- **Banimmo**, beursgenoteerde vastgoedontwikkelaar sedert 20 jaar en heeft een verhuurportfolio van ca. 38.459 m² kantoorgebouwen en ca. 281.000 m² te ontwikkelen grondbank
- **Hypoconnect **is het grootste commercieel platform voor hypothecair krediet en is daarmee de referentie in België voor meer dan 700 makelaars, met het grootste aanbod in de markt en dit zowel op vlak van kredieten als verzekeringen.
**Patronale Life** is een financiële speler met een menselijk gezicht die de ambitie heeft om te blijven groeien en zoekt enthousiaste medewerkers om hieraan bij te dragen en is momenteel op zoek naar een **(Junior) Compliance Officer.**
**Functie**:
Als **Compliance Officer** streef je ernaar te voorkomen dat Patronale Life gevolgen moet dragen (met name een verlies van reputatie of geloofwaardigheid of het opgelegd krijgen van al dan niet financiële sancties) van de niet-naleving van de interne en externe regels die binnen het toepassingsgebied van compliance vallen (compliancerisico). De compliancefunctie identificeert en evalueert hiertoe de mogelijke compliancerisico’s en staat het Directiecomité bij in de beheersing van de geïdentificeerde risico’s.
**Wat betekent dit concreet?**
Onder leiding van de CRO voer je de volgende taken uit:
- Toekijken op de naleving van de wettelijke en/of reglementaire integriteits
- en gedragsregels die van toepassing zijn voor de onderneming in specifieke compliance gerelateerde domeinen;
- Compliance risico’s identificeren en documenteren in de Compliance Risk Assessment ;
- Uitvoeren van controles en monitoring;
- Meewerken aan het antiwitwasbeleid, uitvoeren van AML analyses en controles.

**Wie zoeken wij?**
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en het Frans (zowel schriftelijk als mondeling).
- Je hebt een Masterniveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Kennis van financiële sector door opleiding of werkervaring in financiële sector is zeker mooi meegenomen.
- Je kan autonoom en nauwgezet werken.
- Je bent organisatorisch sterk, discreet en beschikt over verantwoordelijkheidszin.
- Je hebt goede communicatie vaardigheden.
- Je kan vlot met een computer en de gangbare toepassingen overweg (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point).
