De taken en verantwoordelijkheden
Als Projectmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het managen van (inter)nationale projecten voor industriële marktleiders in de voedingsmiddelen
- en chemische industrie. Concreet heb je o.a. volgende taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
het combineren van detailengineering met het managen van de uitvoering van meerdere projecten, zowel qua budget als planning;
het finetunen van het proces P&ID waarna je de nodige leveranciers bepaalt, onderhandelingen opstart en procesapparatuur aanschaft;
het fungeren als spilfiguur bij de realisatie van het project. Binnen de organisatie communiceer je rechtstreeks met verschillende afdelingen: mechanisch ontwerp, elektrisch ontwerp, automatisering en constructie;
het optreden als aanspreekpunt voor de opdrachtgever;
het organiseren van klantbijeenkomsten in verschillende stadia van het project, zoals kick-off meetings en design reviews.
De profielkenmerken
**Je komt in aanmerking als projectmanager indien**:
je in het bezit bent van een hoger technisch diploma (master);
je minstens enkele jaren relevante werkervaring kan voorleggen;
je brede technische interesses hebt, zowel praktisch als theoretisch, met algemene interesse in procestechniek;
je als pluspunt ook kennis hebt van elektrotechniek en/of automatisering;
je goede communicatieve vaardigheden hebt en vloeiend Nederlands en Engels spreekt;
je commercieel ingesteld bent waardoor je de behoeften en verwachtingen van de klant begrijpt als geen ander en je jou gedraagt als een partner;
je een organisatorisch talent hebt en je ten allen tijde het overzicht weet te behouden;
je zelfstandig kan werken en ten allen tijde gefocust weet te blijven op de planning;
je bereid bent om gemiddeld één week per maand naar het buitenland te reizen voor ontmoetingen met klanten en leveranciers.
