**What do you do as a Junior Digital Marketeer?**:

- You run **marketing campaigns** in Salesforce/Pardot, focusing on personalization in ads, content, and web experiences on platforms **like LinkedIn, Google, Bing, and Meta**.
- You **analyze** **and** **make** **reports** on how well your campaigns are doing with Salesforce/Pardot, Google Analytics, and Piwik Pro, and reiterate whenever necessary.
- You keep up with **digital marketing trends** and try out **new strategies** and tricks in Salesforce/Pardot to amp up the demand generation pipeline.
- You handle Salesforce/Account Engagement with **automations, lead management, and conversion operations**.
- You lead the way in managing** trade** **fairs and conferences**, being the go-to person for sales.
- You add landing pages to and maintain our **new website**.

**What does your team look like as a Junior Digital Marketeer?**:
As a Junior Digital Marketeer, you’ll become the **6th member** of a creative, dynamic marketing team. You’ll **report to the Marketing Manager**. You’ll be closely collaborating with your colleagues in sales, and business and product development as well.

**Who are you as a Junior Digital Marketeer?**:

- You are eager to learn all about **Digital Marketing **from our experienced team of Marketeers, and mainly by our Digital Marketing Expert.
- You know how to tackle a long term project and bring structure to complete every deadline.
- You have a **bachelor’s degree** in Business, preferably with a specialization in **Marketing**, and are looking for your first or second job experience.
- You are fluent in** English**; additional languages are a plus (e.g. Dutch, French, German ).
- The following **tools** ring a couple of bells: Salesforce, Account Engagement, Zapier, Google Analytics, Piwik Pro.
- If you recognise yourself in the following **personality** **traits**, you’ll feel amazing at DESOTEC and in your team:
