**Your responsibilities**:
**LOCATION MANAGER - JOUW SPRINGPLANK NAAR SUCCES**
Heb je zin om van onze klant dé nummer 1 in de regio te maken? Als Location Manager draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid en maak je van de gasten trouwe fans. Je zorgt voor een topbeleving, een sterk team en een vlekkeloze werking van het park.
**JOUW ROL IN EEN NOTENDOP**
- Je runt jouw vestiging alsof het je eigen zaak is: van resultaten en veiligheid tot gastbeleving en personeelsbeleid.
- Je stuurt, motiveert en coacht een jong en energiek team.
- Lokale marketing en promotie? Jij neemt het heft in handen en vertaalt strategie naar acties.
- Je springt bij waar nodig: van receptie en horeca tot activiteiten en klein onderhoud.
- Resultaten houd je scherp in de gaten en stuur je bij op basis van KPI’s.
- Veiligheid staat bij jou voorop, en je weet hoe je moet handelen bij risicovolle situaties of crisismanagement.
**Qualifications**:
**JIJ BENT**
- Een ervaren leider (3-5 jaar) binnen horeca, retail, leisure en/of hospitality.
- Sportief, commercieel, flexibel en stressbestendig.
- Iemand die verantwoordelijkheid neemt, goed kan plannen en een teamplayer is.
- Beschikbaar van woensdag t.e.m. zondag en flexibel tijdens avonden en feestdagen.
- Woonachtig in de regio van Brugge
