The Digital Collective is a non profit organisation advocating for the digital inclusion of marginalised communities in Europe. We aim to tackle the increasing digital divide, that is not only creating an alarming distance to the labour market for individuals in vulnerable situations, but also causing social exclusion as society moves into the digital age.
We deliver services and support to local organisations that actively work in digital inclusion for groups in vulnerable situations. One of the ways we do so is by catalysing the social impact of basic digital skills programs that our partner organisations provide.

Project grants and support to amplify reach and impact of basic digital skills training.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Partnerships Manager to join our team. The Partnerships Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our reach, building strategic relationships with stakeholders, and securing resources to support our digital inclusion programs. This role offers the opportunity to work with a small and dynamic team, and drive meaningful change in the lives of marginalised populations.
This is essential for the position:
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in stakeholder management, strategic partnerships development
Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising, or grant writing for NGOs or nonprofit organisations.
Experience of working with donors and developing healthy relationships across multiple regions.
Strong network within the nonprofit sector and experience in building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
Proven track record of successful fundraising and grant acquisition.
Qualities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft persuasive grant proposals and reports.
Ability to work independently in a small team
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working at pace, with a bias towards action and a results
- Oriented mindset
Creative and innovative mindset, with capacity to ideate, innovate and fail fast, whilst keeping projects on track and clients happy.

**Responsibilities**:
What's the job ?
Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement:
Prospect Identification: Identify partners, and collaboration opportunities through research and networking instances.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective partners, and stakeholders through regular communication and engagement.
Managing Projects Implementation: Oversee the implementation of joint projects with stakeholders with the Programs Team. Keeping track of the achievement of outcomes, and monitoring of advancement, while keeping the partner satisfy.
Partnerships Strategy: Strategic thinking and planning with the Directors and the Program Team to improve current partnerships strategies.
Budgeting: Collaborate with the finance team to create and manage budgets related to partnership agreements and grants.
Fundraising:
Identification of Funding Opportunities: Identify funding opportunities which aligns with DigiCo?s mission and strategic objectives.
Grant Proposal Development: Work closely with the Program Manager to develop comprehensive grant proposals, ensuring alignment with the organisation's mission and strategic objectives.
Donor Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain healthy relationships with current and prospective donors.
Impact Assessment: Collaborate with program teams to collect and analyse data on the impact of digital inclusion initiatives, contributing to donor reports and proposals.
Communications and Community Engagement: Work on the strategy, development and collaborations of the organisation's communications in close collaboration with the Community.
