**Your resposibilities**
- As HR & Back Office Assistant (f/m/d) you are the first point of contact for our employees for all HR matters
- You coordinate with our payroll provider and handle payroll and HR administration, including administration of our homework policy and flexible hours
- You also manage benefits such as insurances and variable compensation schemes, and draft documents and contracts
- You are responsible for onboarding new employees and handling internal HR communication, including HR letters, announcements, and company policies
- You maintain HR documentation, including employee handbooks, policies, and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to employees You also manage our company car fleet and provide ad-hoc back-office support, such as administration and office management**Your profile**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not a requirement
- Familiarity with HR practices, policies, and relevant regulations is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy**Your benefits**
