**JOUW OPDRACHT**
- De applicant voorziet ondersteuning van de onderzoeksgroep arbeidsgeneeskunde met de analyse van da data verzameld binnen het project ‘Return to work of transgender and gender diverse people’. De algemene doelstelling is het onderzoeken van werkhervattingservaringen van gender diverse personen tijdens socio-medische transitie en ondersteuning door zorgprofessionals en bedrijfsactoren. Het wetenschappelijk personeelslid speelt een belangrijke rol bij de opvolging van de database, analyse van kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve gegevens, schrijven van wetenschappelijke artikels, conceptualisatie van een hulptool en onderhoud van de website (blogs, content) en networking.
**JOUW PROFIEL**
- Je hebt een diploma van Master in de (Arbeids)geneeskunde.
- Noodzakelijk :_
- Aan de diplomavoorwaarden moet voldaan zijn op datum van aanstelling;
- Je bent bereid zich gedurende 3 maanden te engageren voor de wetenschappelijke uitvoering van project en analyses alsook de grafische/journalistieke/social media ondersteuning
- Je hebt ervaring m.b.t. welzijn op het werk, werkhervatting en (gender) inclusie/diversiteit op het werk
- Je kan (zelfstandig) wetenschappelijk onderzoek uitvoeren met aandacht naar methodologische principes van mixed-methods onderzoek en kwalitatief onderzoek
- Je bent vaardig in software programma’s voor kwalitieve onderzoeksanalyses zoals Nvivo.
- Je kan zelfstandig, in teamverband werken en instructies opvolgen;
- Je bent communicatief vaardig, nauwkeurig, en flexibel.
- Je bent vaardig in schrijven en presenteren, zowel in het Nederlands, het Engels en in het Frans.
- Strekt tot aanbeveling : _
- Je hebt een brede interesse in het domein van psychosociaal welzijn en gezondheidsvaardigheden.
- Je bent vertrouwd met de opmaak van grafische ontwerpen voor social media en andere reclamemiddelen en met het schrijven van (online) content en promomateriaal;
- Je bent open-minded en leergierig met betrekking van de hierboven beschreven domeinen.
**ONS AANBOD**
- Wij bieden je een contract aan voor een bepaalde tijd voor een periode van 3 maanden.
