Hoe maak jij mee het verschil?- Als SAP Finance & Process Expert bij NMBS rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan Peter Laureys, Senior Financial Expert, en Veerle Mertens, Senior Manager, van het Financial Budgetting & Monitoring team. Je hebt niet alleen taken en verantwoordelijkheden binnen het team Financial Budgetting & Monitoring, maar ook binnen de afdeling Finance, waar Charles de Decker Senior Manager is.- Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?De voornaamste verantwoordelijkheden van deze functie zijn:
- Deelnemen aan het S/4-implementatieproject om processen te (her)ontwerpen op het gebied van Finance, Quotation-to-Cash en Source-to-Pay.
- IT-projecten opvolgen en eraan deelnemen als SPOC (Single Point of Contact) voor de directie Finance.
- Voortdurend mogelijkheden identificeren voor procesoptimalisatie en proceswijzigingen beheren en coördineren.
- Beheren en bijwerken van het analytische model in SAP op basis van het nieuwe NMBS-contract en de bijbehorende rapporten en processen ontwerpen.
- Fungeren als contactpersoon tussen Finance en onze interne en externe SAP-experts.
- Allerlei financiële analyses uitvoeren en het budgetteringsproces in SAP ondersteunen.

- EN- je beschikt over minstens vijf jaar relevante ervaring.
- EN daarnaast beschik je ook over de volgende competenties:
- Een goede kennis van de processen binnen Finance (boekhouding en controles) en bij voorkeur ook binnen Quotation-to-Cash (orderverwerking en facturatie) en Source-to-Pay (order
- en factuurverwerking).
- Een goede kennis van SAP FICO en praktische ervaring met de implementatie van SAP en bij voorkeur van S/4. Kennis van SAP MM en SD is een troef.
- Een sterke interesse in en ervaring met procesanalyse en blueprint in een SAP-omgeving, met een kritische benadering en aandacht voor detail.
- Sterke mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden en het vermogen om goed gestructureerde presentaties en documenten op te stellen.
- Het vermogen om werkgroepen te organiseren en te leiden, oplossingen voor te stellen en beslissingen te (doen) nemen.
- Ervaring met werken onder druk in een projectomgeving met een strikte planning en deadlines.
- Operationele ervaring in een financiële functie en als SAP-consultant is een troef.
- Ervaring met het werken met SAP-gebruikers en -experts.
- Uitgebreide schriftelijke en mondelinge kennis van het Frans, Nederlands en Engels. Veel schriftelijke en mondelinge correspondentie zal in het Engels zijn.
